Hotel Accommodations
For those joining us, we have a block of rooms available at The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara for the weekend of our wedding. We were able to negotiate a rate of $365/night (about half the average cost of a room) for a two-night minimum stay for our guests.

Flights
If you're flying in from out of town, we absolutely recommend checking out these tools!
Hopper is an app that allows you to book flights through the app but also tells you when the best time to buy is. If the app predicts that the cost of the ticket will go down, it will keep track of the search and send you a notification when the price drops.
If you aren't planning on checking luggage, skiplagged is the way to go for inexpensive airfare. The website finds "hidden-city flights" to find you the lowest cost available. So much so that they've been called "unfair competition" by Orbitz & United Airlines.

Santa Barbara Airbus runs eight shuttles from LAX to Santa Barbara/Goleta per day.

If headed to the Bacara, please get off at the Goleta Airbus Stop. The Bacara is ~15 minutes from the Airbus Stop, so please let your driver know if you will need a taxi when you arrive in Goleta and the dispatch controller will schedule a taxi for you.

HOLLYWOOD BURBANK-BOB HOPE AIRPORT
A closer, (much) easier option than LAX but it can tend to be a bit more expensive.

Amtrak Pacific Surfliner runs daily from Burbank Airport to Santa Barbara and Goleta.

Upon landing, exit the airport and follow the signs to 'Trains'. Use the elevated walkway to reach the Regional Intermodal Transportation Center (RITC) building. Then, cross Empire Ave. to the train platform.

The closest of them all, but this small regional airport only has about ~40 flights/day to Western US cities so plan accordingly!

RSVPs are due March 10th! Don’t be late or you’ll risk getting an awkward phone call from Erin’s dad. If you have any dietary restrictions (e.g. gluten-free, vegan, etc.) please specify on your RSVP card with your selected meal.
dress code
Please wear Dressy/Cocktail Attire e.g. cocktail dress, long dress, dressy jumpsuit, suit with jacket and tie.
Invitation Only
Our wedding is invitation-only and each invitation specified the intended guests. If your invitation did not specify a ‘plus-one’ guest or children, then unfortunately we cannot accommodate them.

Weather
Most of the events on April 21 will take place outdoors so we recommend packing sunglasses, sunscreen, a sweater, and an umbrella (just in case!). While Santa Barbara days are usually warm, it can get chilly at night (and windy because we’re right on the ocean!). Please pack accordingly. Friday night
We’d love to see everyone for a celebratory pre-shindig drink! We’ll be at Wine Cask in downtown Santa Barbara at 8PM if you want to stop in and say hi! Click here for directions.
Unplugged Ceremony
We are so honored that you are all going to be spending the day with us! We have a professional photographer and videographer covering the ceremony and ask that you refrain from taking any photos or videos during the entire ceremony procession. Once the ceremony is over, we encourage you to take as many photos as possible! We will happily share all of our professional ceremony photos with everyone later and promise that there will be plenty of images at your disposal of the entire day!
Post-reception
Stick around! Following the end of the reception, we’ll be having more music & late night snacks in the Santa Ynez room (directly across from the reception). All jiggy-ed out? Make your way downstairs to the lobby bar instead!
